By accessing and using L2VoteKing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

L2VoteKing is a toplist and directory service for Lineage 2 private servers. We provide a platform for server owners to list their servers and for players to discover and vote for servers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Server Listings

  • Server owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
  • Misleading or fraudulent server information is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice
  • Vote manipulation or abuse will result in immediate removal

5. Voting Rules

  • Each user may vote once per server every 12 hours
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or multiple accounts to manipulate votes is prohibited
  • Automated voting or bot usage is strictly forbidden
  • Violations may result in vote removal and account suspension

6. Premium Services

  • Premium features are provided on a subscription basis
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify premium pricing with notice

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Upload malicious content or links
  • Spam or engage in unsolicited advertising

8. Disclaimer

L2VoteKing is not affiliated with NCsoft or the official Lineage 2 game. We are an independent directory service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

L2VoteKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any server listed on our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
